First let me thank you all for great service and for saving my wife and I who both needed to work from home. When we moved to Shingle Springs we were let down by other ISPs claiming they could provide service in our remote area and at the technical level my wife and I required. None were able to follow through with their marketing commitments.
 
Sierra Advantage has done better than follow through, you have saved us hard dollars in avoiding the commute into Folsom and Rancho Cordova. In my case you saved me from having to either commute or drive up to the top of our hill to get connected via a lap top modem. Let me tell you that working out of my car or truck on the side of the raod or in a parking lot was not fun.

I had been phoning [Sierra Advantage]'s technical dept. so often I felt like I knew them all almost too well! Our desktop PC just wasn't getting good wireless reception--that is until yesterday!

Maxine suggested purchasing a range expander & Nick also suggested that I turn the computer tower so the PCI adapter card's antenna was not backed against the wall. WOW--what a difference. The speed is phenomenal--as fast as our laptop.

Your technical dept. staff rocks and they are always extremely patient. Thanks for putting up with my pestering phone calls! Your service is unsurpassed!
